I just got a notice by The Co-Op Mgt. of the building
complex in which I live. I am a stablized tenent.The
Mgt. Co. is asking that I bring my garbage to the rear
of the building. The garbage rooms on all floors will be locked.
The compacter will be shut off.
No major or miner repairs will be made.
Identification passes will be given to all residents.No one
will be allowed to enter the building without a pass.
I am in a fan repair business:can anyone stop me from
entering any building if tenent requests service? Any rights!
