I think its time for a reality check. There will be vacancy decontrol.
The only hope is to not lower the $250,000 income limit too low. Maybe
it will be $100,000. Anyone thinking that the status quo will prevail
needs to wake up and smell the coffee. There will be a compromise between
ending all regulations and keeping all regulations. That's reality!
