Except Bruno is now on record as willing to move a bit - read the papers the last
few days. DO NOT ASSUME THAT SILVER IS WILLING TO HOLD THE LINE.

I think the weapons are there if they look, but you're right that many of
the Assembly Democrats will be useless. Look at those with Committee Chairs.

this is true

: Some way must be found to bring pressure from outside the city on the
: Republicans. If this remains simply a city issue it will likely lose.

Traditional tenant groups don't understand that dynamic.
