Study the facts before you start spouting this nonsense. Young
"recent renters" like you played no part in building this city.
You are in no way subsidizing my way of life nor are you interested in the
welfare of the city's many fat wealthy landlords. If you were renting an
apartment for $100 per month and lost your protection, I'm sure you would
be screaming like a child. Admit it, you're jealous. And face the facts,
you're not going to be able to find a cheaper apartment after June 15
regardless of the outcome.
