It is pathetic that our hapless,hopeless and
helpless Governor is just now getting around
to figuring out a "solution" for this very
serious problem affecting some 2 million
of his subjects. You'd think the problem
just came up since he needs a week to put
it together.

Just as with our overdue State budget,
the greedy politicians (yes, I know
they're "elected officials") are playing
politics with the roofs over our heads!
They are going to drag this rent reg thing
out as long as they can ... not giving a damn
about the anxiety they're creating among
City renters. But what do they care ... we're
not their consituents and they've spent
the Landlord's bribe money long ago.
