He got real angry when I wouldn't sign and said that he would check with
Rent Stabilization. What's happening? Does he really think I'm nuts?
DO NOT SIGN. He's asking you to hold him harmless. There is no law requiring
you to sign this -- especially not rent stabilization. This does not
rise to harassment, but keep details if he harasses for your not
signing.
