Help!! The broder and the owner did not show me any kind of written contract.

Posted by Hoxyo on July 20, 1997 at 14:08:32:

I found an apartment in Astria through broker but the broder and the owner
did not show any kind of written contract. My rent will start from next
month. If they show me the contract and if I could not agree with some
of the contract, can I cancel the contract? In this case, can I ask them
to returen the deposit?

I already paied deposite and singned on the "broder's paper" that mentions
I agree I will not register to other broder, will not negociate directly with
the land-ower, the security deposite will not be returned unless it is
mentioned on the contract, and so on.

I'm in Maine, right now, so I cannot see them. What can I do?
Please give me your advice as soon as possible!!

Thanks in advance.

PS I hope you understand my broken Englis (^o^)
