I'm interested in finding out more information about co-op conversions. I'm expecting to see more of these happening in the future as a way for building owners to get around the rent stab. laws. I've also been told that the owner of the building I am in wants to convert it to a co-op in about 8 years. I am not planning to buy my apt. and I'm interested in hearing some of the negative aspects of co-op conversion (I know a few of them already). Is there anything online anywhere? I haven't come across any info on the tenant.net site.
