My landlord owns several buildings on our street with probably
50 total apartments. They are trying to evict me on a technicality and
I have come to find out that at least one other tenant is going through
a similar process. If I find out that several of the tenants are being
taken to housing court for "technicalties", can we prove harassment. It's
no coincidence that myself and my neighbor have lived in the building for
over 15 years and are paying below market value rent.
