Dear Tenants,

My landlord hit my car with his car four months ago. He refused to pay my
car damages and try to evict me by sending 30 days notice and Holdover.
He has illegal apartment in his building, and would not repair many
poor conditions and breakdown in his building.

What kind of defense and argument should I prepare for the housing court
date that is next week? Thanks for your advises and supports.
