What is the technicality?

The first thing that I have to tell you is Go to court for repairs, start an HP Action against your landlord . In this court YOU are suing the landlord for neccesary repairs. I found out that nobody listens to you unless if there is a reasonable cause. If you form a tenant association before it's too late, you can force the landlord to make neccesary repairs... Then with this history behind you, you can claim retalitory eviction.

By all means read the housing court section in tenant net.
