the database is held very securely by the Rent Stabilization Associaltion. the computer is triggered every time there is a court action regarding landlord tenant and if the landlord is a member of the RSA which 99.999% are. you will never see it, unless you are a member!!!! you will be blacklisted for certain from getting an apt in nyc for the rest of your life.!!!! you will come up as a tenant who was in court either took landlord in or was taken in by landlord!!!! that is the new way that landlords have found to put the last nail in the coffins of all tenants in this city!!!! better get used to it!!!! goodluck!!!
