does landlord have to give 30 days notice?

Posted by Lauren on October 05, 1997 at 12:50:28:

We are in the process of building a house with the help of Habitat for Humanity. Our landlord told us last June if we were not going to be here for the whole winter we have to be out by Oct. 1. Habitat could not commit to that and I was forced to tell my landlord that we would be here for the entire winter even though we knew the house would be ready before the end of '97. Now we can give her our 30 days notice Nov 1. Is there anything she can legally do to force us out before the end of the 30 days. We have no lease.
