This isn't exactly a renters question. But it is a condo owners question.
My mom and the significant other bought a condo in florida on a golf
course. the deed is in her name. He can not become a member of the golf
club because he is not on the deed. They were told that they can get him
into the club if the file a quit claim. I have a vague rememberance of
them from working in the Arlington County Courthouse in VA, but I can't
remember what they are exactly. Can someone refresh my memory and tell
me where I can get one for them. Thank you for any help!
