Yesterday I received a letter from my landlord lawyer saying that my lease will not be renewed because the landlord wont's the apartment for his own use. I know this is legal but why my apartment from all the rest, I am not the last tenant in the building or on my floor for that matter. I think this have to do with the problem we had last year, I held the rent for two months because he didn't wont to paint my apartment and do certain repairs, he took me to court and I won the case so ever since he been trying to evict me. Can someone tell me what can I do?
