Is there a database somewhere, for the public, that I can search for
evidence of my landlady's past transgressions or convictions? I am fighting
her right now for a few foul flagrant violations, and I have strong
suspicions and would love to see how many times she's been to court, so I
could kick myself for choosing to live in this, ummm..., "place."
Also, should I be concerned that, in the list of building inspectors at
the front of this brownstone, I note that no one has been to visit here
since 1994?!
