Buildings Dept is at 60 Hudson St. 5th floor. Ask for the Block/Lot folder,
get the floor plans and get the print out of the building. For each
application indicated, there should be an underlying file. Ask questions and
don't let them give you the runaround.

Housing Court, 111 Centre St., 2nd floor, has a public access terminal to
the case database.

Also the basement at 60 Centre St. has court records and corp. filings.
