News story on renter's rights

Posted by Dawn Appleton on December 16, 1997 at 11:45:19:

I work for a company in Chicago called Manning Productions. We're producers working on a Video News Release about renter's rights for the American Bar Association. A video news release is a news story like you see on tv news, except it's offered nationwide to all tv stations. We're looking for a tenant to interview. Ideally, we need to speak with someone who is currently living in a bad situation - one that can be documented on videotape, like lack of repairs, no heat, frozen pipes, damage to apartment, fire hazards, etc. We're based in Chicago, but will travel out of state to interview someone. This will be on camera! And we'd like to do this fairly soon - by the end of the year.
If anyone is interested, please E-mail me at manningpro@aol.com and I'll get in touch with you. Thanks!
Dawn
