Please Help! I'm Having A Lot Of Problems With My Noisy And Nasty Neighbors!
Here's The Situation: 7 Months Ago My New Neighbors Moved In, Here In
Glendale Queens New York And Every Thing Was Fine. About 2 Months Ago
They Started BLASTING Their TV At All Times Of The Day Or Night! My Mother
Who Is An Epileptic Has Asked The Woman Downstairs NICELY 6 Times Already
To Please Lower The TV And She Did ( Temporarilly!! ). Now They've Found
Other Things To Annoy Us!

Things Like Slamming Doors, Banging/Throwing/Dropping/Slamming Things
On The Floor At All Hours Of The Day Or Night, The Woman's 5 Year Old Daughter
Running And Stomping Through The Rooms Sounding Like A Herd Of Wild Cattle
Passing Through!, And Leaving A Little Button Pushed In On The Front Door Of The
Building So That They Don't Need A Key To Get Back In ( DEFINITE Security
Problem In THIS Neighborhood!!!)

And If All This Wasn't Enough, The Woman's 18 Year Old Daughter Smokes
Downstairs In Her Room WITHOUT A Window Open Making Both Myself
And My Mother Sick!!!! We've Mentioned All These Things To Our Landlord
And He Wants To Either DOUBLE Our Rent Or Have Us Evicted!!!!! Can You
Believe This?!!!!! This Apartment Is NOT Rent Controlled Or Stabilized And
We Can't Afford A Rent Increase Or A Lawyer's Fees!!! I'm Very Worried About
My Mother With All This Aggravation!!! We've Already Called The Police Once
And We've Left Notes For The Woman Asking Her To Stop These Harrassments
But To No Avail!!!!! I Don't Know What Else To Do Or Who To Turn To!!
Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!
