Does anyone out there have an experience/situation to share where it has worked out well to keep a small dog in an apartment? I am considering approaching my very nice landlord with a proposal (he already allows cats) that he allow dogs under a certain size, with a pet deposit, etc. It would be very helpful to have some positive situations to tell him about, since there are already so many bad stories out there, about it not working out. Would be greatly appreciated!
