Now we go to court in one week. Any advise as to what I should present to the judge??? I have an attorney friend coming with me, but he practices copyright law, knows nothing of lease matters.
Just tell that story. There were no damages, either physical damages,
and the owner did not suffer rent loss. Be prepared though for the
landlord to lie through his/her teeth.
