Organize and learn your local laws. Get your politicians involved and
learn the political landscape very well. Demand that your group be
a full partner in shaping how things are done. Some redevelopments
can be beneficial, but others can be dangerous. Get in touch
with other tenant groups in your area and get good legal counsel.
