My lease states I will keep the premises "as clean as the premises permits."
My landlord came into my house and took pictures of boxes I have stacked in a spare room
and of my kid's room which had toys and clothes laying around. This is what they are taking me to court over.
They say I have broken the lease and are seeking eviction.
What does "clean" mean? What are my rights in keeping my home in my own idea of cleanliness.
I do not want to be on constant vigilence to keep my kid's rooms spotless.
They have a right to live in their own space.
Please help!
