My two-year lease is coming to an end on July 31. I found a house that I
am buying and I will be moving in June. I'm wondering if my lease was valid
since my landlord initialed cross-outs that will not allow me to have
children in the apartment. When I questioned her originally, she stated that
the two bedroom apartment was too small if I wanted to have children. Does
anyone know if this invalidates the lease?
