No lease and the building's being sold??? Terrible position to be in.
You will have to leave, if asked. The owner of the property has all the
rights. If you had a lease in place, the new owners would have to honor it
until it expired. Then they could as you to leave. Either way, if an owner
doesn't want you there, you have to go.
