I have a neighbor who has been complaining continuously
about noise. No other neighbors complain, except for this
one woman. Inside my house, when I play music before
a incosiderate time, what are my rights in terms of
feeling comfortable living within my rented house.
SHe has never approached me to compalin. She goes straight
to the police. Now the lanlord is on my back. Any suggestions.
