Also- if the new owner has to give me notice, can she give it on the
15th after the closing, or must she wait until the first day of the
following month when I pay my rent for the final 30 days? And really
the last question is- should I get a receipt from my current landlord
for the rent for the 1st thru the 15th and ask her to get a receipt from
the new landlord saying I had paid for the rent for the 16th til the 31st?
