Landlord/Owner ignores tenant request to be billed, does not collect rent
for 1 year of lease

Tenant continues to live in apartment for additional 2 years without a lease and without
paying rent, landlord does nothing.

4 years later landlord wants to collect for 3 years of rent, even though tenant has a lease for
only one year.

How much should tenant owe to landlord??
