If a tenant has a friend over and the friend, unbeknownst to the tenant, goes into places he shouldn't be
and causes damage to another tenant's (or landlord's) dwelling, should the tenant be held responsible if the
friend refuses to pay?
Is a tenant responsible for the actions of a guest?
