How do go after my landlord for bldg. code & legal fraud violations

I recently won a stabilization case against my slimelord. He has appealed, probably hoping that I will tire or move away. I will not. However, I would like to know the process for going after him for blantantly falsifying legal documents and many building code violations. Can anyone tell me? Any help would be appreciated.
