: away with all these violations. No, it's not wierd -- you (and other tenants) let your politicians get away with ignoring the system.

: where can I research this subject. Presumably you were on the web site; start there. The owner is responsible for maintenance and violations, as well as problems with the basement, and he should have a super of way for access. That a store has limited hours is immaterial to the owner's obligations.
