thank you for your response. Any & every information is helpful. I will update the progress. For just one month, I think he would be stupid to attempt actual eviction because of all the lawyer fees. Because he is so irrational and actually not very smart, I feel that he believes just going to court would make him "winner". I do not underestimate his ignorance and fear that he will put me through the hassles regardless. Of course, if he doe - I have no choice but to countersue, I have much ammunition for my defense.
