A few more quick comments to my first post.

I'm attempting to negotiate with the landlord regarding a useless
air-conditioner he replaced a broken one with. Besides this, there
are 5 different things in Texas law which I can pursue legally and
really make his life miserably...I am amply prepared and ready.

But really all I want is to be treated like the good customer that I am.
I will not tolerate no contact. I consider no
customer contact either a form of reduced services or an
invalidation of the contract based on lack of good faith negotiating.
Is that a viable argument.
