I live in a goverment subsidized appartment in which old carpet stinks
produsing breathing problems , especially when it's hot.
What can I do about it? What are regulations saing? What are my options?
Every thing in my complex is very old (appliances are 25y/old) or worn out and landlord doesn't seem to
care.There are many complains from other tenants too, many of wich are from
former USSR and feel completly ignored by the management.
Can someone please, help.
