My parents are on scree and have been
being "harassed " by the landlord
(brel assoc. XIII,LP) for several years now.
The latest episode is that the L.L. said that the got a
complaint from another tenant and the L.L.
called nyc protective services for the
aged. Which they admitted! Anotice was put on
on the door saying they want to
investigate.
prior to this they were refused a lease which
DHCR straightened out. Now the L.L. doesn't give
my parents a rent bill. This is really upsetting the whole family.
My parents document everything.
What can we do? They are stabilized.
