If my girlfriend and I sign a lease together, and for some reason we should
break up, and she moves out....Does the landlord have the right to refuse
me a lease renewal when the time comes? I mean, I already live in the
apartment, pay my rent on time, and can afford it on my own....Do they have
the right to evict me at the end of my lease if the added security of my
girlfriend's income is no longer living in the apartment?
