I received a petition of "non-payment" from my landlord's attorney. I am confused. I haven enver received anotice like this, and so I am assuming that all they want is the rent. amI correct? I also never received the three day notice that they said they sent (I am having Documented trouble with my mail delivery)Any help would be appreciated.
