Follow-up from Robert Bell, email@example.com If you have bad conditionsit helps to have clear pictures 4 x 5 or larger with a legend on a sheet of paper showing in a corner of the photo stating in larwge clear letters the date of the picture in the photo showing the bad conditions you have. Be careful that the pics are clear and enlist a friend with a good camera to take the pics. Allow time to get them back but you can go to a one hour shop for development of pics. Get a copy for yourself, one for the landlord and one for the Judge. Then label each photo on a piece of paper attached to the edge of the photo and explain very briefly: e.g.: "Cockroaches coming out of rusted crack on bath tub." "Ceiling from which large section fell down on crib." and so on.
