WHEN YOU ARE LATE, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET A 3 DAY NOTICE TO PAY THE RENT OR ELSE THE LANDLORD CAN FILE A NON PAYMENT ACTION AGAINST YOU....WHEN THEY FILE " THEN " HE MAY CHARGE YOU LAWYERS FEES WHICH ARE MUCH MORE THAN $50...BUT UNTIL YOU FAIL TO PAY THE RENT UPON THE 3 DAY NOTICE, YOU OWE THEM " ZIP" PENALTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
