Can my LL take us to court for living off our security? She has 2 months security on us and we are planning to move at the end of the month. We have already lived out one month. When we told her today that we were leaving at the end of the month--she flipped. There are no damages to the apt, it's in better condition than when we moved in. How ugly can this get legally? Thanks in advance for any help.
