Correct me if I'm wrong Al, but your concern about rent-stabilization
to ensure you won't "just get kicked out" is unwarranted as that would
constitute retaliation. That is certainly the law in Texas. Should I
think NY doesn't have a retaliation clause concerning notice of request
for repairs. If so, I pity you poor bastards in NY. And no wonder
you all have this tenant.net site going.
