I live in a bldg. w/3 residential and 1 commercial unit
This bldg. is neither rent controlled or rent stabalized.
My current rent is $1075. My lease is currently up for renewal
The LL wants to increase my rent and I want to know whether there
are any limits on the increase which the LL can seek.
Any information on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
