I sued my landlord after I moved out of an apartment.

I lived in the apartment for 3 months and had no head. It was cold.

The judge said I should sue the landlord in small claims court, but I didn't
know that, but the judge awarded me one month rent.

One year later I figured out I could put a lean on the landlords checking
account and a week later I got my 675 (Interest). I just went to the
bank with my court order and they stopped his bank account.

Just my personal experience. : >
