Hi. I was living aboard a boat I bought, had the dock owner refuse my rent, then dock owner seized my boat with ALL my possesions, and previous owner resold the boat. Have contacted police, am unable to get assistance or to find out where any of my possesions are. I was docked in Alameda, California. Anyone know where I can find the law regarding this?
