most landlord/tenant judges are crooked and pro landlord...the judges know all the landlord lawyers on a first name basis...these lawyers have computers that spit out eviction papers faster than niagra falls falls...
the papers are all nice and neat with the name of the court etc on them...
let's face it..most landlords would prefer if you just sent in the rent and never lived in the apt so they wouldn't have to turn on the heat or hot water... make sure you get rid of Pataki for making the hand of the landlord into an iron fist with the crap he pulled in Albany..unless you vote these animals out of office you will suffer worse than most of you are suffering now.... housing is a basic human right and we pay most of our salaries for dirty, cold , and filthy hell holes.. enough is enough and we have to stand together...we should have a state wide rent strike and let them put the millions of us in jail... i am sick and tired of this city and would rather go back home and swing on my bells !!
