The Times did another article on the coop-sponsor rental precident. Is it true that in thirty odd years that
rental to coop conversions have been going on that no one challenged the fact that a sponsor can deregulate
apartments by taking the building coop? Are there any contradicting precidents?

This is going to be a legal and political feeding frenzy. Oh boy, is this going to be fun to watch :o).
