Our upper Manhattan tenant's assn is trying to find out who
the landlord's contractors are: if they are licensed for all the different
work they do (plumbing, electrical, masonry, pointing) and if, as rumored,
they are actually owned by the landlord's company. Anyone know how to research
contractor/corporate ownership or licensing?
