: Was just served with an ejectment notice (State Supreme Court) I thought
: that I should have gotten a ten day or thirty day notice before the summons
: and complaint was served on me. Is this not correct and if so, what case
: can I refer to when answering the complaint?

Could you have been any more vague with your original question? Landlords, in general, prefer to bring a summary proceeding in housing court, rather than an ejectment action in Supreme Court. What was the basis for the ejectment action?
