This website is very usefull for finding out what your rights are, make sure you collect all documentation you can, dig your heels in, and stick up for yourself.
Two other words of advice, Legal Aid, and at least try to talk to a lawyer in your area and ask a few questions just to see where you stand.
Best advice of all, DONT LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU.

P.S. call the cops NOW if you still havent been allowed access to your apartment
are your things still inside??
