Can you tell from all my posts recently I'm desperate for some worldly advice and need to get out of here fast? Ha!

Ok, we got the phone call today that as long as my husband can show up for the interview (we live over 500 miles away from new location) that he has the job! This is our dream job! Has more benefits than we've EVER known from his jobs. A good plan we're considering is calling our renters and telling them we have a family emergency out of state and need to move immediately and that they might as well start looking for new tenants immediately.

I understand we'll probably have to pay another month's rent at least until they get new tenants but could they sue us for anything else??? PLEASE ADVICE!!!!!!!!!! We're down to the wire!
